A Man With Many Hats....
Anyone who knows Frank, even for a short time, knows he can do anything and he does it good. But did you know he can bake? Bread? Yes he can, and he did, last night. I just mentioned that I wanted to make bread that had sun dried tomatoes in one and oil cured olives in the other. Well he heard that, and decided he would make 4 loaves. Yesterday after the morning service, he prepared the dough, let them rise, then kneaded in the tomatoes, olives, prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, he let them rise while we were at the night service, and when we got home from church, he baked them. They came out looking great. We tasted them this morning and they taste great as well.
Well Frank, you can add another hat !!!

I've heard that bread is the staff of life. You wouldn't want me to die, now would you? :o) The Capobianco family is SO talented!
