The National Weather Service has issued a HEAVY SNOW WARNING for the following areas in New York: BROOKLYN, MANHATTAN, NASSAU COUNTY, NORTHERN WESTCHESTER, NORTHWEST SUFFOLK, ORANGE, PUTNAM, QUEENS, ROCKLAND, SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER, STATEN ISLAND and THE BRONX.
