What's Up Doc.....

We had the Salvatore's over for dinner on Saturday night. Unfortunately, Lorraine and Marc, couldn't make it being Marc didn't feel well, we really missed them. Frank and Joe talked on a couple of occasions about different foods they like to eat. One of which was Rabbit. I was upstate one weekend and decided to buy 4 rabbits, thinking we would have them over one day. Well like I said it was this Saturday. We all had a great time. For us non eating rabbit people, we made, spaghetti, meatballs, sausages, beef, and pork. We also made eggplant rollatini, and had melon with prosciutto for an appetizer, and garlic bread and salad. Frank made Rabbit cacciatore with polenta, and rabbit and potatoes in the oven. Frank also made an Italian cheese cake for dessert. Stephanie and Emily brought over a couple of games, so it really was a great time all around.

Russell came home with us today after church, here he is trying (for the first time) some leftover rabbit. He said "It tastes like chicken" I think he liked it.
